We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior UI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior UI Developer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in front-end development while contributing to exciting projects.
Specific Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in UI development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge in front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of working in an Agile/Scrum environment would be added advantage.
Responsible For
- Collaborate with designers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces.
- Strong command of responsive web development using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility with various devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Expertise in converting designs from Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, or other design tools into HTML/CSS.
- Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS for efficient styling and code organization.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experienced in cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions, ensuring consistent performance across various browsers.
- Optimize UI components for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
