We are seeking a talented UX and Visual Designer to join our team. As a UX and Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and implement visual designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Specific Skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience in UX design.
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Background in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in UX Design or a related field in design.
Responsible For
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Developing wireframes, prototype and task flows based on user needs.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
- Create visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design user flows and information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation and user engagement.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
