We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate.
Specific Skills
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible For
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
